Ingredients (4 people):
2 cans of Amanda smoked cod liver (2 x 120 g)
2 slices of toasted bread
Fresh lemon juice
Salt og peber
Watercress or spring salad for decoration
Drain the cod liver in a sieve. Cut the cod liver into smaller pieces. Toast the bread.
Cut out round canapes. Grease the toasted canapes with mayonnaise. Add the cod liver.
Sprinkle with fresh lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Decorate with dill and watercress or spring salad.
